Thanks for stopping by! This is my portfolio of food writing I’ve published and events I’ve produced and includes some of the projects I’ve been involved in over the past 10+ years across Europe, the USA and Australia.
I’m lucky to say I love what I do, and I view everything through a lens of hospitality - whether that is writing about food or producing a event.

Life Is Beautiful is one of the most ‘good vibes’, well organized and holistic festivals I had the good fortune to participate in. For Heineken USA, I created a two level structure with direct line of sight to the mainstage so all our Dos Equis fans could have a VIP experience for the price of a beer. The creative concept came out of my insight that in a festival setting, people want to ‘feel like a VIP with their friends’ My responsibilities included:
